I have been a resident in the Low Country since 1989. I started working in home and villa Rentals in 1989.  I became a managing partner in the rental company along with the broker-in-charge of Coastal Real Estate, (under the same roof), gaining valuable knowledge of the island, the properties, management of the properties, sales and marketing. After 16 years, I went with the natural progression of full time real estate. I know work with buyers and sellers.  
 

I have purchased land, and built 2 homes, the last being in Shipyard Plantation were I reside today. As a property manager with a business degree, and a licensed broker (since 1995), I have the education needed in helping people with their real estate needs. I chose to sell for Charter I Realty & Marketing. Charter 1 has one of the best reputations on and off the Island; they have outsold all other real estate companies in the low country since 2003.
